the 10K&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; that I was going on a week-long challenge?
After 11 weeks on &lt;strong&gt;&lt;a rel="nofollow" href=
"http://www.glamour.com/mylogs?mbid=synd_yshine_su"&gt;Body by
Glamour&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;, I felt like my body was becoming resistant to
weight loss. And &lt;strong&gt;&lt;a rel="nofollow" href=
"http://www.glamour.com/health-fitness/blogs/shape-up/2009/06/how-do-you-deal-with-food-comp.html?mbid=synd_yshine_su"&gt;
food complacency&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; was definitely settling in, so to
shake things up a bit, I issued myself the challenge: To follow the
Body by Glamour plan to the letter. I tried my hardest and although
I had a couple of slip-ups, (involving Skinny Cow ice cream and a
few pieces of chocolate) I was intentional about what I ate all
