      <description>Today was our group exercise class and those sore muscles were
screaming for me to stop! Then came time to weigh in. I know that
healthy weight loss is around two pounds per week, but why must I
feel so defeated because I shed only one pound?! My trainer&amp;#39;s
parting words to me were, &amp;quot;Marcia you are going to do
well!&amp;quot; I should feel encouraged, but I just feel weary.</description>

      <description>I am struggling, though, with drinking enough water. Don&amp;#39;t get
me wrong, I love water. But, there is something psychological about
being told you have to drink a certain amount of water that can
really mess you up! (LOL) It seemed I would never get to the
standard 64 ounces a day that is usually suggested, let alone
meeting the directive of trying to drink our weight in ounces of
water!</description>

Until today I didn’t own a pair of athletic shorts and I can’t tell
