Last night Barbara Walters interviewed Rush Limbaugh as part of her "10 Most Fascinating People" special, and she could barely contain her animosity towards Rush for that unfortunate Hillary aging comment he infamously made earlier this year, blurting out, "What's with you Rush?" This erm, hard-hitting moment in television journalism was followed closely by, "Who is the real Rush?" to which he responded: "I am a harmless, lovable little fuzzball...I am the most unthreatening, tolerant, lovable guy you could ever meet." Uh huh.

In this new <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.yourtango.com/20086659/breaking-up-over-politics">Tango</a> essay, a liberal man writes wistfully, and just a tad angrily about the conservative girl he had to break up with. And when I recently wrote that discussing politics is probably a dish best served on a second date and not the first (see "<a rel="nofollow" href="http://shine.yahoo.com/channel/sex/10-things-not-to-say-on-a-first-date-285893/">10 things NOT to say on a first date</a>"), hundreds of commentators skewered me, "Politics are too important," one reader said, "If we don't share the same views, it's a dealbreaker, period!" Did McCain call his wife a C*#t?

At a town hall forum in Iowa yesterday, a Baptist minister who holds a master's degree in political science, asked Senator John McCain a rather personal question:

"Parrish asked whether McCain called his wife Cindy an expletive related to the female anatomy, as has been alleged in the book The Real McCain, written by Dem strategist Cliff Schecter."

According to Parrish, "A guy who would call his wife a trollop and a c--t just because she had ruffled his hair in front of five guys is not only a jerk, but a dangerous hothead if he ever gets his finger on the button.'

'And since the mainstream media has decided to give McCain a free pass, I decided to stand up and, if they gave me an open mike, ask the question that the press refuses to touched.
