snowboarding, and all the gear and rituals that go along with them
(as you can see on pg. 82 of the December issue). However, there is
definitely a science to dressing to stay warm in the elements and
still looking cute. If you get too hot, too cold, or too wet (all
three can happen in the course of one run), you will be packing it
in pretty quickly. And if you layer and puff up a la the Pillsbury
doughboy, you might just not feel like hitting the slopes at all!
