So, I am fully aware that these nasty places exist, but I never thought that my boyfriend would be drawn to a place like that. So about an hour ago, I questioned him on where he was last night and (because he did not answer the phone) he told me he went to a strip club. I went completely SILENT. I respect his honesty, but I do not appreciate the lack of judgment and the lack of respect for me.

ATTENTION ALL MEN please enlighten me on why you go the strip clubs, I mean, what is it all about? I would also like to hear from my ladies as well, would you tolerate this behavior from your boyfriend or husband, I need some advice ASAP.

Inspired by another user's post, "What is the worst part about being single?", I have decided to write another post. We all know that they are certain aspects of singleness that suck. For me, it's my smug married friends who like at me with pity when I don't have a date. Give me a break, people. I'm still the same me without a man on my arm. At the risk of sounding like Charlie Brown, good grief.

Sure, it's nice having to someone to wake up with or someone to share your day with, etc. And marriage and coupledom are beautiful things! BUT, we singletons (to quote the ever-so-painful Bridget Jones) need to start loving ourselves for who we are if we are ever to survive. Plus, what better way to enter a new relationship than with some good old fashioned confidence and independence.Trust me, guys eat that up.

But, what are the great parts of singlehood?
