Can women have it all? Can they have a successful career and a happy home? Some say not quite... We sat down with leading female professionals for their opinions on women and having that "perfect" work-life balance.
Watch Anne-Marie Slaughter (author of the controversial Atlantic article, Why Women Still Can't Have It All) on why "women still bear the burden of not being able to fully balance a career and work life." She continued, "men are still more able to have the career they want and have a family because there are still more women behind them taking care of those kids."

On the heels of the controversial article, two female powerhouses, NBC and MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell and CNBC's Maria Bartiromo weighed-in on making sacrifices. Watch:
"[Slaughter] was really objecting, in part, to Sheryl Sandberg's speech, from Facebook, about what women have to do -- work harder, give up things and make sacrifices," Mitchell explained. She then asked Bartiromo for her thoughts.
"I would like to believe women can have it all," Bartiromo said, although acknowledging that neither she nor Mitchell have children. "I don't look at it as, 'I've made sacrifices.' I look at it as, 'I made choices.' I made choices to do what I love...Are they the choices for everyone? No."

Facebook's Vice President of Global Marketing Solution and mother of two, Carolyn Everson, believes that integrating family and work is easier than keeping them apart. Watch:
Each quarter she brings her family on work trips with her. While she's working during the day, her husband takes the kids on tours. They often eat dinner together, even if it is a working dinner.
"I say 'Mommy' works because we need to pay the mortgage ... I am trying to instill a work ethic in the kids that hopefully will last a lifetime."
