Baby Lips - Odd Name, Good Moisturizer

Let me start off by saying that I love chapstick.
I have at least 2 sticks on me at any given time.
I'm what you call an addict, I guess.

So I was super excited to get a new product from Maybelline called Baby Lips.
I got Pink Punch. Smells Great. Goes on super smooth.

But unfortunately this just wasn't the right color for me.
I can put on a little which gives my lips a nice soft pink color. But like I said before, >addict
I've been meaning to stop by the store and get the peachy colored one. I think I'll really like that shade more and have no worries globbin' it up!

The product itself is super smooth and feels great. But it does come off easily, like on drink glasses, and I find that my lips didn't stay moisutrized the whole 8 hours like the packaging suggests. Not that I really expected it to, but it did last longer than carmex or chapstick! And perhaps it came off on glasses because I'm a cake-er.

Regardless it's still worth the $4 you pay for it because it does last a long time. I've been keeping my stick of Pink Punch in my purse since I got it a month ago, I've used it at least two time a day and it looks like the stick is barely used. The peach color could really become a staple in my make-up routine.

There is something that bothers me: The Name. Did anyone else find this odd? I understand the connection between softness and the feel of a baby's skin. But it seems...wrong. Maybe I'm just thinking too much into it. But I do not like the name.

Handsdown, I would suggest this to anyone.
Good colors. Soft Lips. Long-lasting.
Worth. It.
Thanks, Shine Gurus!
