    A delicious blend of a hot pear cider, spices and Calvados brandy.

    1.5 oz Calvados (Pere Magloire V.S.O.P is a good choice)

    A delicious blend of a hot pear cider, spices and Calvados brandy.

    1.5 oz Calvados (Pere Magloire V.S.O.P is a good choice)
    Heated pear cider
    Dash of ground cinnamon
    Garnish: sliced pear + cinnamon stick

    Heat pear cider in a saucepan. Add a dash of ground cinnamon for every cup heated. Bring to a boil. Add Calvados in a pre-heated mug. Pour in hot pear cider. Garnish and serve.
