Give me freakin break. With all the gluten free items at regular grocery stores these days, why would any one eat the items listed in this article - YUCK! We're Celiac - not brain dead and we still have tastebuds. Regular guacamole is gluten free - especially if you take 5 minutes to do it yourself. Make your own gluten free pizzas with crusts from Sprouts, Market Street or Whole Foods, add marinara, veggies, cheese, and toppings of your choice.
      Now that's real superbowl food.

As a gluten intolerant, I would rather eat an entire loaf of bread that most of these dishes. Or poop. Poop sounds better than all that, too.

Ravyn and Jade are right. Celiacs want good tasting food that's THE SAME as what everyone else likes. ie... fresh sparkling cider, fresh veggies, dips, chips, cheeses and salsa, ice cream shakes, rice chex mixed with melted butter, peanut butter, chocolate and powdered sugar, walnuts and marshmellows in fudge, strawberries dipped in REAL whipped cream, to name just a few NORMAL foods that don't make people CRINGE and RETCH. : )

I agree with Jade. I wouldn't touch any of that with a 10 foot pole. Celiacs just want normal food like everyone else eats, especially at a party.

As a Celiac person, it sounds horrible

egg plant fries...WHATS WRONG WITH PATATOS?!?! My favorite part is when it says these are easy to eat...I beg to differ I gag just reading the list. Just like BUHGEEZUS said we're Celiac NOT brain dead and we STILL HAVE TASTEBUDS...sorry, I just don't get why people go out of their ways to create gluten free "food" like this when no one in their right mind is going to eat it. (no offence meant to any one who like this stuff, I'm just a celiac kid on a rant)
