I don't think of a small glass of milk as a "snack". Most of the options are decent though.

I simply can't believe the stupidity in this article. What are the credentials for being able to post how ignorant you are in an open forum? IF you're working out right, and I mean burning up available stores of energy calories, and then half an hour to an hour more, you WON'T be hungry after a workout. No way, no how, Ever.

asinine. if you are conscious enough to be working out, you will be conscious enough to plan ahead so you don't have to eat this TOXIC WASTE.

Look up the actual ingredients of McNuggets and no one would ever eat them.

Unbelievably stupid. I work aerobically every day. One hour to one and a half hours. You do NOT eat after working out. Instead of burning more Fat, you are adding crap. Man made Crap. Idiot. Sometimes I'm amazed at how utterly stupid people can be.

    • Melissa  •  1 year 6 months ago
What about the fat content? And why in the world would someone recommend McDonald's nasty processed fatty meat in conjunction with working out!? Ever watch Super Size Me? Their "food" is really only recommended if you are literally starving, and it's all there is.

I would rather go home after workout and cook myself some good ole beans and cornbread yum oh Don't care how may calories it has it's just good ole food to me.and for supper u can have some good ole beans and dumplings.I don't trust fast food to many hands handling the actual food.In my day u had to have a food hander permit which ment you had to go to a dr. and be cleared to work and then you had gloves and hair nets now all you hAVE TO DO IS BE ABLE TO SLING IT ON THE GRILL FAST ENOUGH OR WOOPS MISSED TRY AGAIN. yUCK. GO HOME AND COOK YOUR SELF OR HIRE someone to do it for you.

The calorie count is all fine and good, but the FAT GRAMS are more important. This article really didn't give us any good information without that!

ENOUGH with ethe "fast foos studies"!!! Does anybody thing they are getting healthy eating at Wendys McDonalds or any other fast food place? Spend this "resarch" money on putting peple back to work and maybe feeding the homeless; even if it's fast food. REALLY?????
    • Concerned Citizen  •  1 year 6 months ago
Why did you leave out the Fat content which ahs 9 calories per gram when carbs and protein have only 4? Most of the products you list if not all have some fat. Your caloric intake numbers do not add up.
