    Baseball pepperoni and homemade cheese sauce take these nachos to the big leagues!
    Make baseball nachos
    Ingredients:
    1 bag tortilla chips
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1 pinch kosher salt
    1 1/2 cups 1% milk
    1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar

    Directions:
    1. In a small sauce pan whisk the melted butter with the flour and pinch of salt over medium-low heat. Then whisk in the milk until smooth, then add in the cheese and stir until completely melted.

    2. Pour the bag of chips in a large, shallow bowl. Drizzle with hot cheese sauce and let it set.
