    Pink Lemonade Icebox Pie
Sometimes I don't think there is any better dessert than a freezer pie. This refreshing treat tastes exactly like pink lemonade and comes in frozen form - it's the perfect summer dessert for the whole family!
    Make pink lemonade icebox pie:
    Ingredients:

8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
    14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
¾ cup thawed pink lemonade concentrate
    8 ounces frozen whipped topping
    1 graham cracker crust
    Directions:
Whip the cream cheese and condensed milk together in a large bowl until completely smooth. Stir in the concentrate and whipped topping and pour it into the prepared crust. Pour the filling into the pie crust and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until it is solid. To serve, cut it with a sharp knife and eat cold! less

I sat on the carpet in my parents' bedroom at a low table, the television turned to "I Dream of Jeannie," and ate a peanut butter and honey sandwich cut into neat squares. I wasn't fussy about crusts. I just loved the sticky pairing of creamy peanut butter with syrupy golden sweetness drizzled from a honey bear in diagonals across the soft white bread. Nothing else--save for maybe apples and peanut butter in a pinch--could have made for as sweet an
