* Pluot slices (a cross between plum and apricot; but any stone fruit will work really well here)
* One sheet of prepared puff pastry
* Sugar
* Sliced almonds
* Ground ginger
* Butter
DIRECTIONS:
Arrange fruit slices on a sheet of prepared puff pastry and sprinkle with sugar, sliced almonds and ground ginger; dot with butter and bake.
