    Ingredients:
    2 slices bread
    3 tablespoons pesto
    4 slices cheddar cheese
    4 ripe olives
    Directions:
    Using a 2-3″ circular cookie cutter and a knife, cut semicircles with a small knob at the top from the bread (2 per slice) and cheese. Spread the pesto on the bread and top with the cheese slice. Slice olives into facial expressions and place on the cheese. less
