    8 Refreshing Summer Cocktail Recipes

    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup water
    2 limes - juice
    16 ounces strawberries - hulled and pureed

    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup water
    2 limes - juice
    16 ounces strawberries - hulled and pureed
    1/4 cup tequila
    Directions:
    1. Into a small pot add sugar and water. Bring a boil.Continue cooking until mixture thickens {making a simple syrup}. Remove from heat and refrigerate until completely cool.
    2. Into your ice cream machine add all ingredients. Blend until it forms a slushi type consistency. NOTE: if you do not have an ice cream maker, place all ingredients into a deep sided dish and place into freezer. Stirring every so often. Leave in freezer until it's to a slushi type consistency. Garnish with lime wedges or strawberry slices.
