I use 1 package broccoli, 1/4 cup lowfat Mayo and 1/4 cup of dill pickle relish. Combine mayo and relish and fold into broccoli. Place in fridge for 1-2 hours to chill. You can add chopped beacon on top before serving if desired. Easy quick and tasty.

i like broccoli slaw but have never had the need to add bacon. i like bbq chicken but have never needed to add ranch. if its easy you are going for leave out the unneeded junk. personally a picnic is supposed to have burgers, hot dogs, potato salad, and watermelon. its traditional!

i guess the time it takes to cook the chicken doesn't count. If you are going to buy pre-cooked chicken, why not just buy the bar-b-que?
