    Aries (March 21 - April 19)

    Taurus (April 20 - May 20)
You're convinced that one more meal will make you like seitan or another meat substitute. Is the result even worth all this work? If you really want to eat less meat, consider making more Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Asian dishes part of your diet.

    Gemini (May 21 - June 21)
Even the healthiest eaters have a tendency to want some real stick-to-your-ribs comfort food once the seasons change. Casseroles and stews are great picks. Just make sure they have lots of yummy root vegetable goodness and legumes in 'em.
