    Ingredients:
    7 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
    14 tablespoons butter, chopped
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    5 eggs

    Decadent Chocolate Cake
    Ingredients:
    7 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
    14 tablespoons butter, chopped
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    5 eggs
    1 tablespoon unbleached all-purpose flour
    Directions:
    1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Butter an 8" round cake pan and dust with cocoa powder.
    2. In a double boiler over medium heat, heat the chocolate and the butter just until melted and smooth, and then add the sugar and salt. Allow the mixture to cool for 5 - 10 minutes. Add the eggs one by one, gently whisking each one into the chocolate. Finally, stir in the flour and mix until the batter is dark and smooth.
    3. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake the cake for 20 - 25 minutes. less
