    Mocha Hot Fudge
    Want to give your hot fudge a sophisticated twist? Add coffee and make it mocha. Serve it over ice cream or drizzled over cheesecake for an instant coffee update.
    Make mocha hot fudge
    Ingredients: 4 (1-ounce) squares semi-sweet chocolate 1 teaspoon instant coffee 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Dash saltDirections: Melt chocolate, butter, and coffee in heavy saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, stir in remaining ingredients and continue stirring over medium heat just until the sauce is thickened. Serve over big scoops of ice cream. Leftovers can be refrigerated in an air-tight container for up to 1 week. less

    With National Coffee Day on the horizon it is time to pay homage to our favorite beverage in dessert form. We all love coffee in the morning, sometimes we even cook with whatever is leftover in the pot, but what about dessert? Seriously, coffee can add some awesome flavor to dessert.
