Food keep you awake? O.K. take the advice here; however if you are having trouble sleeping take heed:

IMHO the biggest thing these days that keeps people awake is operating computers or any type electronic equipment (cell phones, etc) until bedtime. STOP. . . . give yourself at least an hour (preferably more) to calm down before going to bed. AND DO NOT take the cell phone, iphones, or any other electronic equipment to bed with you. A sure sign you won't sleep well.

Tofu is not a "fermented soy product," although it's supposedly not very healthy, anyway.

They really should have people with some degree of actual knowledge write these articles... Ginseng is a well known stimulant (adaptogen as a matter of fact) and there are many kinds of ginseng that will have different effects as well.

For myself, I like Hot Wings. As for sleeping, haven't been going to bed until around 11:30 pm at night and that is from drinking coffee, etc.
