    3-Ingredient Eggnog Frozen Yogurt
It is worth whipping up a batch of homemade eggnog just to make this awesome frozen yogurt. It is like the taste of Christmas on an ice cream cone.

    Make 3-Ingredient Eggnog Frozen Yogurt:

    Ingredients:
    1 1/2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1 cup low-fat eggnog
    3 tablespoons granulated sugar
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon rum extract
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 pinch ground nutmeg

    Direction:

    1. Strain the yogurt by pouring it into a strainer lined with cheesecloth and letting it sit for 5 to 6 hours.
    2. Mix the strained yogurt, eggnog, extracts and spices together in bowl. Pour it into the ice cream maker and churn according to directions. Freeze the yogurt in a container until chilled. Serve! less

My after-school snack was a sacred ritual. I sat on the carpet in my parents' bedroom at a low table, the television turned to "I Dream of Jeannie," and ate a peanut butter and honey sandwich cut into neat squares. I wasn't fussy about crusts. I just loved the sticky pairing of creamy peanut butter with syrupy golden sweetness drizzled from a honey bear in diagonals across the soft white bread. Nothing else--save for maybe apples and peanut butter in a pinch--could have made for as sweet an
