    Ingredients:
    2 Naan breads
    1/2 cup salsa
    1 cup montery jack cheese
    1/4 cup black beans
    chopped scallions and cilantro
    2 tablespoons sour cream

    Ingredients:
    2 Naan breads
    1/2 cup salsa
    1 cup montery jack cheese
    1/4 cup black beans
    chopped scallions and cilantro
    2 tablespoons sour cream
    pinch red pepper flakes
    Directions:
    Spread the salsa over your naan bread. Sprinkle the cheese, black beans, and half of the scallions. Bake in an oven preheated to 400 degrees for 10-14 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly. Top with remaining scallions, chopped cilantro, and sour cream. Sprinkle red pepper flakes a top. Serve and enjoy. less
