    Firecracker Fajitas
    These colorful Firecracker Fajitas are a great way to feed a crowd!
    Make Firecracker Fajitas
    Ingredients:

    1 tablespoon chili powder
    2 teaspoons kosher salt
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne (less to adjust spice level to your liking)
    2 limes, juiced
    1/4 cup orange juice
    2 tablespoons olive oil

    Directions:
    Mix together all the dry ingredients. Stir in lime juice, orange juice and olive oil. Marinate steaks or chicken until ready to grill.

    Serve grilled chicken and steak with grilled onions and peppers on top of warmed tortillas.

      My after-school snack was a sacred ritual. I sat on the carpet in my parents' bedroom at a low table, the television turned to "I Dream of Jeannie," and ate a peanut butter and honey sandwich cut into neat squares. I wasn't fussy about crusts. I just loved the sticky pairing of creamy peanut butter with syrupy golden sweetness drizzled from a honey bear in diagonals across the soft white bread. Nothing else--save for maybe apples and peanut butter in a pinch--could have made for as sweet an
