No matter how many times a person has travelled by airplane, he/she still faces some stress while boarding their next flight. However, eating the wrong sort of food will definitely add to your discomfort during the flight. For very long flights, eat the minimum amount of food only when hungry. Eating some carrot sticks and nuts would help, along with adequate amounts of water.
