    Ghoulish Halloween Party Menu

    Spook up your Halloween party with these festive appetizers, main dishes, desserts, and more!

    Ingredients
    1 (11-oz.) can refrigerated breadstick dough
    12 bun-length hot dogs
    Wooden picks (optional)
    Vegetable cooking spray

    Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400°. Unroll breadstick dough, and separate into 12 strips at perforations. Gently stretch each strip to a length of 8 inches.

    Wrap 1 dough strip lengthwise around each hot dog. Secure with wooden picks, if necessary. Coat lightly with cooking spray. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes. (If using wooden picks, remove before serving.)

    Ingredients
    6 cups hot water
    1 (0.3-oz.) bottle yellow liquid food coloring
    1/2 (0.3-oz.) bottle blue liquid food coloring
    1/2 (0.3-oz.) bottle green liquid food coloring
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    12 large unpeeled hard-cooked eggs, with shells cracked
    1/2 cup instant potato flakes
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup minced fresh chives
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper

    Preparation
    Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; add eggs, and let stand 1 hour. Remove and drain on paper towels. Peel eggs to reveal patter on whites.

    Cut eggs in half lengthwise; carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks; stir in potato flakes and next 5 ingredients until blended.

    Spoon the yolk mixture evenly into egg white halves. Attach 2 halves, gently pressing together stuffed sides.

    Ingredients
    2 cups sugar
    2 quarts water
    2 (0.13-oz.) envelopes lime drink mix
    1 (46-oz.) can pineapple juice
    1 quart ginger ale

    Preparation
    Stir together sugar and 2 quarts water until sugar is dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill. For a scary presentation, place punch bowl into a large bowl, and add dry ice to large bowl.

    Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. pine nuts
    1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
    4 drops yellow liquid food coloring
    2 drops red liquid food coloring
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 (6-oz.) garlic cheese roll
    1 (7-oz.) jar pimiento-stuffed olives, drained


    Preparation
    Bake pine nuts in a shallow pan at 350°, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until toasted; cool.

    Stir together butter and food colorings in a large bowl. Add flour and red pepper; cut in cheese with a pastry blender until mixture is blended. Shape into a large ball using hands.

    Press 1 Tbsp. mixture around each olive. Using dull side of a paring knife, score cheese balls with vertical lines to resemble pumpkins. Chill 1 hour.

    Bake on parchment paper-lined baking sheet at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Place 1 pine nut into each cheese ball to resemble stem. Serve immediately or at room temperature, or freeze up to 1 month.

    Ingredients
    1/2 (12-oz.) container ready-to-spread white frosting
    1 (11-oz.) package cream-filled chocolate cake squares
    1 (0.68-oz.) tube black decorating gel

    Preparation
    Microwave frosting in a microwave-safe bowl at high 30 seconds to 1 minute or until melted; stir until smooth. Let stand 2 minutes.

    Place 1 cup melted frosting in a gallon-size zip-top plastic bag. (Do not seal.) Snip 1 corner of bag to make a small hole. Pipe frosting onto each cake square in the shape of a ghost, adding remaining frosting to bag as needed. Pipe 2 dots on each cake using black gel to resemble eyes.
