Sometimes using water to wash your fruits and vegetables is not enough. Especially, when you are not able to buy organic and use conventionally grown produce.
But there is an easy and inexpensive solution. You can make your own vegetable and fruit wash by mixing one part water with one part vinegar (white or cider vinegar). For better results follow with a Hydrogen Peroxide wash.
NOTE: Do NOT mix hydrogen peroxide with vinegar. They will react.
