Pumpkin butter, slow-cooked to perfection!

The cold weather has moved in and it's time to break out the pumpkin recipes! While the options are practically endless, pumpkin butter is my family's favorite! Sweet and smooth with all the spices of fall, this recipe is insanely easy and delicious. With just a five minute prep time, this recipe is so simple that you will be making batches of it all season for yourself and friends. Pumpkin butter is perfect to spread on toast or even to add as a swirl in a cheesecake for a special treat!

Ingredients

1 can of pumpkin puree
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup apple juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
