    A Lassi is nothing but yogurt and water mixed with some spices. Lassis digest easier than yogurt.
    The amount of water in the lassi depends on one's digestion capacity. People with weak digestive system can use 1:3 nonfat yogurt to water. People with strong digestive system can use 3:1 yogurt to water.

    Digestive Lassi for Gastric problems:

    1/4 tsp cumin
    1/3 cup yogurt
    2/3 cup water
    1/8 tsp salt
