I often wounder why rich people pretend to care about poor people. In my mind,It's only a 2% of the rich population,That really go out their why to help the poor. Most rich people,Are always looking for a tax right off,For something. They never give frome the heart.Always looking for something in return.

I love mangos just with some hot sauce drizzled on it. Tasty, yummy and low in calories. Mangos also are loaded with antioxidants and fiber. During the summer I have a mango almost every day.

I have lost 50 pounds this past year I have done it by watching my calories, eating less processed foods and getting in some kind of exercise every day. I have no desire to be skinny, just healthy and curvy! There is always room in my daily diet for a delicious calorie controlled treat.

I usually walk 20 minutes every day and I wear SmartSole exercise insoles hTtp://www.fitbodysole.info. They are body toning insoles similar to Reebok Easytone that help you burn extra calories while you walk or work out as well as tone and tighten. Why not burn a few more calories while shopping. I read about them on my weight watchers board and the code phit10 gives you a 10% discount.
