    Julia Child is still America's favorite chef and trusted source for rich, decadent French food that elevates any meal into a sophisticated celebration of butter. In honor of what would have been her 100th birthday, Shine is serving up eighteen of Julia's most beloved recipes, from a classic beef stew to a swoon-worthy chocolate cake, all whipped up and photographed by some very talented bloggers.
