    We don’t know about you, but hot dogs are definitely one of our favorite summer staples. And who said ketchup or mustard was the only way to top them off? On today’s episode of “The Shine”, we’re running down our list of our favorite, most surprising hot dog toppers with Shine’s Senior Food Editor Sarah McColl.
