Pasta with White Sauce Done in Soy Milk



















Ingredients
:

3 tbsp (tablespoons) margarine

1-½ tablespoons (soup) of wheat flour

2 cups (tea) of Soy milk

Salt to taste

Preparation:

In a saucepan, melt margarine.
Add the flour and stir constantly with a wooden spoon, until it is smooth.
Remove pan from heat and add gradually the pure soy, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Reduce heat, return pan to heat, add the remaining pure soy milk and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Tip: Try adding some green leaves, mushrooms and broccoli to add a special flavor.
