    The Potluck of the Irish: 7 Green Recipes for St. Patty's Day

    Lucky Shamrock Pesto Pasta
    Vegan Ingredients:
    Cooked shamrock pasta (or another green colored spinach pasta)
    1 batch vegan pesto sauce
    Optional: Daiya vegan cheese
    Optional:... more

    Lucky Shamrock Pesto Pasta
    Vegan Ingredients:
    Cooked shamrock pasta (or another green colored spinach pasta)
    1 batch vegan pesto sauce
    Optional: Daiya vegan cheese
    Optional: nutritional yeast and a few dollops of Vegenaise (to taste)
    Directions:
    Cook pasta. Toss with pesto. Add cheese and bake in oven for ten minutes at 350 degrees. Keep in warm oven until ready to be served. less
