    Tea protects you against cardiovascular and other diseases that cause the body to deteriorate. This reduces the possibility of heart attacks which obviously means that tea is good for you. Other ailments that tea protects you from are breast and colon cancer as well as colorectal skin, lung, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, pancreas, liver and mouth cancer. Tea should not be considered some sort of a miraculous remedy for these ailments. But its cancer fighting properties have been proven.
