    Ingredients:
    3-4 cups brussell sprouts, halved
    1/4 cup garlic-infused olive oil (or olive oil & 2 cloves fresh chopped garlic) sea salt to taste

    Ingredients:
    3-4 cups brussell sprouts, halved
    1/4 cup garlic-infused olive oil (or olive oil & 2 cloves fresh chopped garlic) sea salt to taste
    2 tablespoons unsweetened dried cranberries or cherries
    2 tablespoons macadamias, coarsely chopped
    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss brussells in oil. Salt to taste. Roast, uncovered, in hot oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy. Remove from oven and sprinkle immediately with cranberries and macadamia nuts. Serve and enjoy! less
