Why We Love 'Em… It takes a pretty good protein bar to impress us, and Luna has done it with these bars. They taste really good -- especially that choc-PB one! -- and we appreciate the fact that they come in under 200 calories each. Plus, the combo of protein and fiber helps keep you feeling full.

More from Hungry Girl: A trail mix made with popcorn!

    Mann's Snacks on the Go!

Why We Love 'Em… These are an easy way to get CRUNCHY good-for-you stuff into your day. (No need to cut up your own veggies!) And most varieties have between 60 and 70 calories per serving. (The pack that comes with raisins has 150 calories per serving.) Not bad!

Starkist Mango Chipotle Salmon Creations and Tomato Pesto Albacore Creations

I understand the comments above, but I have tried (many times) - if I eat an apple, within half an hour, I am hungry enough to eat 5 cars and a semi. It has to have some component of fiber and protein or it doesn't work for me.

no offense or anything, but these are all processed junk. for a healthy snack, i would have an apple or something organic, not foods that come in packages.

How about an apple? Or some berries? Or even some grapes? Just the kind you get at the grocery store's produce department or a farmer's market, not pre-packaged stuff. It's way cheaper and you know exactly what you're getting in it.

I tried a Luna bar recently at an Earth Day event (they were giving out free samples). Can I just say....yuck. Serious yuck. It did not taste like anything in the natural world.

Why not grab a piece of fruit or some veggies? Why do you need all the packaged processed foods?

An apple, a banana, a boiled egg, some string cheese...

...or I could grab something easier, more filling, less processed and cheaper...an apple, say...
