One dish Bethenny loves is a big chopped salad - it's healthy, and all the ingredients are incredibly easy to find in the grocery store:
1 cucumber, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
1/4 cup of corn, cut off the cob
Balsamic and ranch dressings mixed together
3 Tbsps. shredded Mexican cheeses
Salt and pepper to taste
