    1 tablespoon sesame seed paste
    2-3 cloves
    1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Preparation:
    Blend the boiled sweet corn until it becomes a paste. Add sour cream and honey or nectar to it and blend again. Crush the cloves finely and put them in the mixture. Add sesame seed paste, salt, and pepper and blend one last time. This dressing is a favorite with lettuce layer salad and salmon salad.

    1 cup yogurt/ fresh curd/ buttermilk
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
    1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
    ½ cup mayonnaise
    ½ tablespoon cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
    1-2 cilantro leaves

    Preparation:
    Make a fine batter of yogurt/ fresh curd/ buttermilk with peanut butter and mayonnaise. Add the cider vinegar or white wine vinegar to it and mix well. Put orange juice and cilantro leaves and store it in a glass bottle or jar. This sauce serves the purpose of salad dressing as well as dip.
    Note: If you wish to make a thicker and rich sauce, you can add finely ground cashew nuts and peeled almonds to this dish.

    2 cups sour cream
    1 cup soy sauce ½ cup maple syrup
    ½ cup honey or agave nectar
    ½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice

    2 teaspoons powdered black pepper
    ¼ cup jalapeño finely cut

    Preparation:
    Mix the sour cream, soy sauce and olive/truffle oil in a flat bottom bowl. Add lime juice, black pepper powder to it. Blend the jalapeño to a fine paste and add it to the above mixture. Add maple syrup and honey while constantly stirring the mixture. This sauce has a distinct sweet, sour, and spicy taste to it and it goes very well with any noodle or macaroni salad.
