The best chocolate bars

I havent tried the Scarffen Berger chocolate....and I certainly will if I can find out where to buy them.
I do thou love the Dove dark and the Ghiradelli dark....so far they are the best...:)

As for me, I love all chocolates, may it be white, brown or dark. I have not seen any wonka bars here in Malaysia so far. Anyone any idea??

The tasters have obviously never tasted chocolate in Europe - I am sorry - Ritters? come on ....
The Belgians, the Swiss and French make fabulous chocolate just to name a few ....

I wish the authors of the article had included the fact that most chocolate bars, not labeled Fair Exchange or Equal Exchange use cocoa from the Ivory Coast which uses child slave laborers to harvest the cocoa beans. The Ivory Coast produces 40% of the world's cocoa so as the biggest consumer of chocolate in the world, the candy from USA companies use a lot of this cocoa. It's cheap so M&M and Mars, just to name a few, use it. I love chocolate but I am willing to pay more for Equal Exchange.

Dove chocolate is not bad, but there are waaaay better chocolates out there. I still find Dove chocolates to be very processed tasting. Lindt is pretty good, considering that it's hard to find Galaxy bars in the US.

I won't buy Hershey's any more since they've started making candy in Mexico. I cannot believe the extent of their corporate greed. They have a city in Pennsylvania named after them for goodness sake!

I prefer Hershey it has a clean taste with waxy after taste like lots of other chocolates.

best chocolate bars are any made in switzerland like gailler, lindt sprÜngli, you name it just visit any supermarket and you see ailes of chocolate bars. it's a dream.

I'm sorry but a 50 cent plain Hershey bar is the best to me any day!
