WHAT: In Breadbar’s “Hatchi†invitational, different chefs do eight dishes for eight bucks each (“Hatchi†is Japanese for, yes, eight)â€"one per month, all year. The first one, on March 31, features Grill ‘em All, winners of the Food Network’s Great Food Truck Race offering musclebound dishes such as Molson Beer and Cheese Soup with Frisée, Lardons, and Bacon Vinaigrette, or Peanut Butter and Jelly Three Waysâ€"Canapé, Ravioli, and Shot. This goes way further than sandwiches.
