    For some of us, purchasing shrimp flavor is already crossing the line into extreme ramen noodle fandom. But in Japan, the homage to the instant soup filling goes far beyond consumption. At the brand new My Cup of Noodles factory in the village of Yokohama, visitors can make their own noodle soups, walk through giant upturned cups, sample exotic flavors, and learn the history of the college dorm room staple.
