    User post: Peanut Butter Fudge

    Sometimes you just need fudge. This is a great recipe that you can make in the microwave. A small of amount of chocolate is added in for fun.

    Peanut Butter Fudge

    1 - 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk

    2 cups peanut butter chips

    1 ounce square of unsweetened chocolate

    1 teaspoon vanilla

    1 cup of peanuts

    Place milk, peanut butter chips and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.

    Microwave on high 1 minute. Stir and microwave another 1 minute or so until chocolate is melted.

    Stir in vanilla and nuts.

    Pour into a greased 8 x 8 pan.

    Refrigerate until set, then cut into squares.

    Enjoy.
