Place water and sugar in a small saucepan and boil together until sugar dissolves. In the mean time place the melon, berries and limoncello in a blender and puree until fine. Put through a mess strainer into a small pitcher. Add the simple syrup. Place in the refrigerator for around an hour. Before serving add lots of ice, a shot of rum to the top of the drink. Place a fruit kabob on top, garnish with mint and enjoy!
