The creator of the blog Cupcake Project has come up with a creative recipe for turning buffalo wings into cake toppings. Don't be fooled by the looks of it: the icing is a tangy blue cheese buttercream, the base is a cornbread-like caking dappled with blue cheese bits. And the glazed chicken centerpiece, nice and spicy.This Sunday, Superbowl fans are expected to eat over 1.25 billion wings. Most will be drenched in buffalo sauce and dipped in blue cheese.
