    1 cup milk 2 eggs
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 Meyer lemon - zested, juiced
    powdered sugar to dust

    Ingredients:
    2 cups Bisquick pancake mix
    1 cup milk 2 eggs
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 Meyer lemon - zested, juiced
    powdered sugar to dust
    Directions:
    1. Into a bowl add: pancake mix, milk, eggs, sugar, lemon juice. Mix to combine.
    2. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Flip. Continue cooking until golden.
    3. Garnish with lemon zest and powdered sugar. less
