Perhaps this is crazy, but I find a little sweat to be kind of volumizing and fabulous. Depending on what it does to your hair, there are some portable options that are a million times better than over-washing. If your hair looks greasy after a workout, dry shampoo is the easy (and additionally volumizing) solution. The one above is new and cute and portable and paraben-free: perfection! If your problem is frizz, hair cream and/or pomade applied directly to the problematic spot should do the trick. Since I am too lazy to carry tons of stuff to the gym, however, my frizz solution is: solid perfume, which is essentially scented ointment and does the same thing as a pomade but smells nice doing it.
