The lady was using Sumaxin and Finacea for rosacea as well. Last time I looked, "flushing" was code for "getting red skin".

Yes, we get it sunscreen. These articles are getting repetitive, also wasn't that jergens natural glow facial moisturizer in the article of tanning products to avoid?

i read an article in cosmo that was really helpful when it comes to applying sunscreen to your face. use an oil free and noncomodegenic formula and let it settle in for a few minutes, then blot the excess with oil blotting sheets. it really helps with the greasiness and shine associated with facial sunscreen.

I only use zink suncreens all the others have nasty cancer causing chemicals in them.

I'd love to use that Jergen's product on my facial skin, but it is a moisturizer, and at 45 years of age, I STILL do not need very much moisture. My skin produces oil like you wouldn't believe. But still, I'd love to ditch the cover up and use something like this.

Where do you people come up with this crap? This has turned into one ad after the next with no helpful info!

sunscreen every night? and it builds up???? do they not take a shower during that time period? because if so, I would imagine the sunscreen gets washed off the following morning? or else, would it not build up after years and years of wearing it?

aloe vera is a great skin smoother, healer, and a great makeup primer that can go on your eyes (alcohol free) . Try it! its way better than those 20 dollar makeup primers, and I have super oily skin and eyelids :)

Sunscreen is not safe unless it is organic.A lot of of chemicals that do little to protect against skin cancer. Do your research and you will see I am right.

Wow... using Sumaxin and Finacea just to control shine? I use both of those to treat my rosacea, and they are expensive, a little harsh, and are both only available by prescription. Seems a little crazy just to contol a little shine!

IDK... This seems excessive. I thought dermatologist wanted people to have a less is more mentality and that using too many products was counter productive? I think a sunscreen and a big floppy wonderful hat work best for me and so does covering my shoulders and chest.:)

Seems like whatever product you might buy, whether one of these or some other one, the message is basically "wear sunscreen." Doing that is a skin saver regardless of how much you are willing to spend or how little and a good idea.

well kind of disappointed in this article, no real substance to it, just another commerical. The title is really misleading. I dont know if a dermatoligist would really want you using all those skin care products.

I use Purple Prairie or Blue Lizard natural sunscreen. Since we're almost always at the beach, we've got to think about what we're putting into the water. Look at the water in your local pool. The top of it probably shines like an oil slick from all the chemicals in regular suntan lotion. It's certainly not healthy, and if you're at the beach, it gets into the water and kills the coral reefs.
