      I am mexican and live in so cal and never heard of putting bacon on a hot dog. jalapenos maybe but bacon never heard of, peppers are good too!

      Chicago style are my favorite. Never use ketchup! I'm Mexican and I've never heard of bacon on hot dogs either. I do love the peppers - nice taste when combined.

      Hey desiree you must not live in L.A. because outside of every club or bar (or just somewhere on the street late at night) there is usually someone selling bacon wrapped hot dogs!! yummy!!

      Back home in Australia the norm for hotdogs was bacon, grilled onions & cheese. Zap in microwave or in broiler to melt cheese...yummy!!!

      there are also colombian style hot dog, add crushed potato chips and pineapple... never tried it, the pineapple just doesnt sound right to me, but they must know what they are doing.

      This American favorite needs to be left alone! Does't mustard relish onion and maybe sport pepper work any more? If not you dont go to the right places.

      I live in Minnesota, and have never heard of a bacon wrapped hot dog, can someone post a good recipe. sounds great. A favorite of mine is broiled, bacon wrapped, beef liver.

      Cobb Dog looks good but, lacks something spicy. Chicago Dog is still numero uno.
