The secret to amazing grilled steak no matter the cut ; place a pat of butter on the meat when you place it on the grill, when that melts turn meat and place a new pat of butter on the other side. It will be the most tender flavorful grilled steak you've ever had.

I like my steak "Black and Blue " or " Pittsburgh Style " = charred on the outside and really rare inside. My trick is to season the steak, drizzle a little olive oil on it, then freeze it . I put it on a hot grill frozen, and it comes out perfect !

I found the best way to make meat on the grill stay nice and tender and juicy is to just coat it with some olive oil then season it and the olive oil seals in the juices and it is healthy for you too! this works for any beef, pork, or chicken

a 7 lb. pork loin cut in half and grilled for about 2 hrs. over indirect heat on a gas grill will feed about 6 people comfortably and still have leftovers for sandwiches the next day worked wonderfully for me. it turned out perfectly...mmm

I have been making chuck eye steaks for years and faking them out for ribeye's. A dash of salt and pepper on each side. Its really delicious cooked for about 4 minutes each side on the grill. You save about $6 or $7 per pound compared to a ribeye

Don't forget the other white meat. Pork steaks are great on the grill also when marinated. You can cut a big pork steak into slices at an angle, against the grain, like fajitas... Yummy....

I love any cut of steak, if grilled right,my favorite is rib eye. My husband has mastered "well done" without drying out the meat. His, on the other hand, moos when cut!
