      Grilling pizza, I've been doing that for 40 years in the Boy Scouts, this isn't new. I can even describe roasting and egg on a stick, for those who like soft boiled eggs.

      I just had grilled slices of fresh pineapple on the grill. Our host put brown sugar, cinnamon and a bit of pineapple juice in a bowl and coated the pineapple. She slightly charred the pineapple...it takes a while for the pineapple to char (not burn!) but you will love it!

      If you make shishkabobs, try putting radishes on them...they add great color and taste somewhat like a spicy potato when cooked. Kids might not like, but adults would.

      Grilled cabbage with carrots and sausage is AWESOME!!! We've already done grilled avocado and pineapple and, yes, they are really great grilled.

      Why does everyone need to add salt to everything?
      Some may claim it "enhances the flavor" of the food.

      Poppycock! It adds salt flavor to foods.

      Humans love the taste of salt. So admit it - you want to make it taste salty - not "enhance the flavor."

      I challenge everyone who salts food to try not using salt for one week - and start enjoying food's real taste. I think you'll be surprised.

      Not only will the food actually taste more like it's supposed to, but limiting your salt intake is healthy.

      And don't think "kosher" or "sea" salt are any better for you - they're the same NaCl we all know.

      I marinate chicken breast and pineapple chunks in teriyaki sauce then make shiskabobs. Throw them on the grill and baste with duck sauce while grilling. Yum!!! A good marinade for salmon is McCormik Grill Mates Garlic, Herb & Wine marinade. I Marinate it for at least 2 hours then throw the salmon on my cast iron skillet drizzled with olive oil. Serve with grilled zucchini (pieces cut 1/4 inches thick, salt, pepper and coated with oilve oil then thrown on the grill) along with brown rice. It is wonderful healthy meal!!!

      Fish is not MEAT. IT is seafood.As a child raised in a Catholic home fish was always served on Friday, because of the no meat on friday rule by the Catholic Church
